About Rack911: Linux Server Management
Rack911, a Linux server management, administration and security company, opened for business in Riverside California during the summer of 2003. During its first few years, Rack911 expanded its services beyond basic server hardening and troubleshooting into specialized areas of Linux server management, such as disaster recovery, PCI Data Security Standards and ecommerce management.
Steven Ciaburri, owner of Rack911, began studying the inner workings of Linux operating systems in 2001. Fascinated by the building and application of Linux kernels and optimization of Linux environments, Steven’s career in Linux soon transitioned from an avid interest into a profession.
Steven believes one size does not fit all. Each Linux application carries its own individual requirements, and the culmination of those requirements along with the priorities of each individual customer go into creating the perfect Linux server management plan.
When Steven isn’t managing Rack911 and his clients’ servers, he can be found restoring old trucks, watching movies and entertaining friends.
